What if we lose the truth?

Katoaako kriittinen journalismi, pakotetaanko kirjailijat ylistämään diktaattoreja? RSF:n pääsihteeriä Christopher Deloirea haastattelee kirjailija Sofi Oksanen.

(Freedom of speech for journalists and writers: What if it is lost?)

According to Reporters sans frontières (RSF) there are 12 countries in the world, where real freedom of media exists – the only larger geographic area being Scandinavia. The majority of the world's population is living in countries, where there is no freedom of speech. The dictatorships are on the march, the democracies are in defence. Does critical journalism disappear, are writers forced to praise dictators? RSF's Secretary General Christopher Deloire is interviewed by novelist Sofi Oksanen.
