Every year, the Helsinki Book Fair welcomes several international guest authors.
For children
The Book Fair offers loads of fun activities for children while also inspiring their interest in reading and books. The beloved children’s area features two stages: Kumpula (with music, quizzes, and other performances) and Toukola (with workshops and crafts). The Swedish-language children’s programme includes Busholmen, located in the area dedicated to Swedish-language literature. The children’s area offers activities ranging from workshops and musical games to crafting stations
Antiquaries
The popular antiquary area presents the selections of about 40 companies at the same time. Come and make discoveries!
The Record Fair
The Record Fair is organized as part of Helsinki International Book Fair. There are tens of thousands different vinyl records and CDs from different music genres available.
