About TrainTrail
TrainTrail was born from the idea that many parents struggle with how to motivate their children to stay active and practise independently. Our vision is to create the world’s most inspiring and accessible training concept for children – one that supports an active lifestyle without screens, apps or devices.
TrainTrail Sticker Books
TrainTrail sticker books make training visible, motivating and rewarding. They give children a tangible way to track their own progress and give parents peace of mind: the child wants to practise independently – because they want to.
At the same time, TrainTrail provides junior sports teams and coaches with a practical tool to support training assignments and independent practice outside team sessions.

TrainTrail V – Kehonhallinta ja venyttely
This book is designed for athletes of all sports. The most important goal is to make body control exercises and stretching a regular part of an athlete’s routine. Practising body control and stretching is important from an early age, as developing these routines can become more difficult later on.
